Astral Tourists Fantasy Creatures Pack

This is an expansion pack for Astral Tourists, a simple role playing game for adventures in the Astral Plane. If you don't have Astral Tourists already,  you can download for free here.

This expansion adds five new cards, expanding the lore of the Astral Plane setting and containing rules for playing as "classic" fantasy creatures including a group of three goblins operating as a single character, a dwarven scholar searching for a lost city that doesn't exist and a shy elf poet who can summon bottles of sherry.

These cards are a bit more experimental than those in the main set to try and capture the feeling of playing an unfamiliar, extraplanar creature. Dwarves don't have hit points but need to eat treasure to stay alive and elves, who aren't really "real" at all, start with 8d6 points in a single stat which they must quickly redistribute into a physical body. 

Despite the strangeness, all of this is presented within a very simple ruleset built on Into the Odd.

There are two versions of the game to download below:

• The Printable Zines version contains a set of zines as a PDF file for you to print out and fold into booklets. Instructions for doing this can be found here.
• The Digital Cards version is the same as the above but, instead of print-outs, each card is a separate digital booklet. This is good for online play.
